The questions we get asked most

Do you shoot photography as well?

We do, and most couples end up booking both. Combined photo and film packages start at $3,510. Mention it in your message and we will send those through with the film ones.

How long until we see the film?

Six to eight weeks for the short film. A teaser lands well before that, usually within the first week, so you have something to send your family while you wait.

Do you travel outside Melbourne?

Yes. Anything within 35km of the CBD is included. Past that we charge a flat travel rate rather than an hourly one, and we tell you the number up front.

We are not comfortable on camera. Does that matter?

Almost nobody is, and it does not matter at all. We guide gently and then get out of the way. Most couples tell us they forgot we were there by the time the ceremony started.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

Two camera bodies, spare cards, backup audio, and a phone that Jason answers at any hour. Footage is copied to two drives the same night and held for 12 months.

How do we lock in our date?

A signed contract and a 30% deposit. Both are done online through Studio Ninja and take about five minutes. The rest is due a week before the wedding.
